By downloading or using Roadie, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
App Description
Roadie is an iOS application that displays real-time synced lyrics for your currently playing music. Lyrics appear in-app, on your Lock Screen via Live Activities, and in the Dynamic Island.
Disclaimer
Roadie is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify, Apple, or any music service provider. Spotify and Apple Music are trademarks of their respective owners.
Third-Party Service Requirements
Roadie requires an active Spotify or Apple Music subscription to function. You are responsible for maintaining your own subscription and complying with those services’ terms of use.
Lyrics Content
Lyrics displayed in Roadie are sourced from LRCLIB, a community-maintained open lyrics database. Roadie does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of lyrics for any given track.
Intellectual Property
The Roadie app, its design, and original content are the intellectual property of Roadie. Lyrics content is provided by third-party sources and remains the property of the respective rights holders.
Limitation of Liability
Roadie is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to issues with lyrics accuracy, service connectivity, or compatibility with your device.
Data & Deletion
All app data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling Roadie removes all stored data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Roadie after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
